TRAVELOGUE Udaipur: Venice of The East We started our trip from New Delhi to Udaipur through train at 7 p.m. and reached by 6:30 in the  morning. Hotel arrangements were already made and we checked-in in Moti Mahal Hotel. The first  place we visited was Neemach Mata Temple which is located near Fateh Sagar. It is also known as  Vaishno Devi of Udaipur. It is believed to be built in 17th century. It has a walking distance of around 1 Km through stairs but this was nothing in front of our enthusiasm. Next, we went to Ambrai Ghat which is located on the bank of Pichola Lake. It is directly opposite to City Palace which is one of the largest palace in Udaipur. A simple conclusion one can make from  Ambrai Ghat is that it is an absolute delight for photographers. It gives a magnificent view at sunset. Pichola Lake was next on our list.
